Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

InstaSPY provides immediate access to digital services. All payments are final and no refunds are issued, in line with Section 6 of our Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions & Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account (Manage Subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals.

After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current paid billing period. Partial periods are not refunded.

3. Content Availability

A subscription grants access to the tools and features of the service, not to any specific account. Private, deleted or unavailable Instagram accounts do not entitle you to a refund or credit.

4. Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), contact us through the Contact page with your account email and payment details and we will review it.

5. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
