Who Did They Follow on Instagram?
Enter a username and find out the moment they follow a new account — with the exact time it was detected.
Quick answer
To find out who someone followed on Instagram, open their public profile's following list, where the newest follows usually appear at the top. The follow tracker reads that list for you by username, highlights the most recent accounts, and marks anything new on later scans. It only works for public accounts.

Who did they follow on Instagram: the quick way
Type the username into the search box above. The tracker loads the public profile and the top of its following list. Those first accounts are, for most profiles, the most recent ones they followed.
To know what they follow from now on, keep the profile tracked. Every later scan is compared with the previous one, so new follows are labelled clearly and you do not have to scroll through the full list again.
If you already follow the account on Instagram, you can also open its Following tab in the app. The tracker adds history and alerts that the app does not offer, and it works without an Instagram login.
Reading the results correctly
A follow is public, but its meaning is not. Instagram suggests accounts constantly, people follow back out of politeness, and brands follow customers as part of campaigns. Before drawing conclusions, open the followed account and look at who it is.
Order also has limits. Instagram usually lists newest follows first, but it does not show dates, and the order can occasionally shift. The tracker's own dates show when it first saw a follow, which is the most reliable signal available from public data.
If the account you are checking is private, its following list is not public and cannot be shown. The tracker will tell you this clearly rather than guessing.
Using follow data responsibly
Following lists are public by Instagram's design, and checking them is no different from visiting a public profile. Still, use the information fairly. Business research, finding new creators and keeping up with public figures are normal uses.
Avoid using follow data to pressure or harass anyone. If you are the owner of a profile and want a page about it removed from InstaSPY, use the removal request page linked in the footer.
Used this way, follow data is simply another piece of public context, like a bio or a post caption, that helps you understand an account better.
